Hyderabad's schools face fragmented systems for attendance, assignments, fees and parent-teacher communication. EduHub brings everything into one unified platform—web + mobile—to support students, teachers, administrators, and parents with clarity, accessibility and real-time insights.

The Challenge

Schools manage multiple subsystems (free apps, paper registers, payment links, messaging via WhatsApp). This leads to data silos, manual work for admins, limited parent visibility and scattered student tracking. The goal: a unified, intuitive platform that works across roles and devices.

Our Solution

We started with stakeholder workshops (teachers, students, parents, admin staff) to map current workflows and pain-points. Then we defined user personas and journey maps to clarify each role's needs. Based on this foundation, we defined a modular architecture with core features (attendance, assignments, payments) plus expandable modules (analytics, parent dashboards). We prioritized mobile-first design and simple UI flows to ensure adoption by teachers and parents.

•Assignment & assessment module: create/edit tasks, submission portal, auto-grading options

•Fees/payment system: invoice generation, online payment (UPI/credit card), payment status tracking
•Parent/guardian portal: view child's schedule, grades, payments, message teachers
•Teacher tools: class roster, messaging, calendar sync, analytics for student performance
•Admin tools: school overview dashboard (enrolments, payments, average scores), bulk actions, data export
•Multi-device support (web/Android/iOS) + localised interfaces (Telugu/English)
