SAR Group operates a portfolio of high-end venues across Hyderabad. They needed a smarter way to manage bookings, pricing, and availability across locations—especially during peak wedding and event seasons. We partnered with them to design and launch a unified platform that brings structure, clarity, and speed to their operations.
The Challenge
SAR's internal team managed hundreds of enquiries and bookings across multiple venues, all through disconnected tools—Google Sheets, phone calls, and manual tracking. With high demand, managing conflicts, follow-ups, and payments was becoming operationally intense and error-prone.
Our Solution
We worked closely with SAR's operations and front desk teams to understand their daily workflows. The solution had to feel fast, intuitive, and mobile-ready. We designed a modular system that could scale across venues—supporting live availability, payment automation, and real-time coordination, without overwhelming staff or guests.
